We are looking for two dynamic Team Personal Assistants. We would really love you to apply if you naturally take the initiative, build relationships that enable you to get things done and are trustworthy, tactful and diplomatic.
Job 1 – One of the successful Team Personal Assistant’s will work for Ruth. Ruth is the CQC’s Director of People. If you have an interest in people and have either worked in Human Resources or have experience of being a team PA then this role could be right for you. You would be joining a happy, caring, energetic and can do team with one of highest staff engagement scores across CQC. You would have the opportunity to be involved in work that ensures people working for CQC can give their best and make a real difference to the public’s experience of health and social care. Ruth’s previous Personal Assistants have gone on to develop their careers in HR.
Job 2 – The other Team Personal Assistant will work with Heidi. Heidi is a Deputy Chief Inspector in the Hospitals Directorate in CQC. If you are passionate about driving improvements in patient care and would like to be part of a team delivering a robust, effective and transparent regulatory programme, then we would be delighted to hear from you. Heidi works with a committed, dynamic and busy team and the role of Team Personal Assistant is a fundamental part of the team in making a difference and ensuring patients receive safe, effective, compassionate and high quality care. It is an exciting time to join the team as the hospital directorate enters the next phase of inspections.
In both of these roles, it will be important that you are inspired by the CQC values – excellence, caring, integrity and teamwork – and able demonstrate how you have applied these in your previous roles.
