Networking at the heart of The Meetings Show

Once again, the opportunity to meet new people and rediscover old acquaintances will sit at the heart of The Meetings Show. Spread across the whole week, the networking programme includes a host of official show, partner and exhibitor events.

Kicking the week off on Monday, 12 June is the show’s annual Hosted Buyer Welcome Reception. Taking place at the iconic Grand Connaught Rooms, it is a chance to share knowledge gained at the Association Meetings Conference, discuss plans for The Meetings Show, or simply catch up with colleagues from around the world.

There is no need to plan anything for Tuesday night either, as MPI once again delivers an opportunity to meet and do good at the same time. MPI’s Post Show Charity Party will kick off in The Hand & Flower as soon as the show finishes on 13 June. Funds raised from the all-inclusive event will directly benefit the UK’s meetings industry via The Event Apprenticeships Support Scheme through the new Government-backed Trailblazer programme. Tickets, which include all food and drink, are £50 and available via mpiweb.org/Events/post-show/charity-party.

  • Hygge reception on 14 June on Denmark’s stand (B500) from 4pm-5pm
  • 80s Agency Event on 14 June at Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington
