    Our company, Your Organisers, is seeking loyal, self-reliant, and professional Organisers in the [West] London area to join their growing team of assistants who will provide consultation and business services to our clients. This is an exciting position, similar to a personal assistant, which will allow you to work with a variety of clients assisting with all sorts of different tasks and projects. Whether it’s assisting clients with travel arrangements, party planning, scheduling appointments, office organising, conducting business research, etc. Each day will bring about a new and different opportunity. All our services are tailor made to our clients’ needs as they arise.

    In today’s world, time is precious. It is the most valuable resources that we have and this is where you and Your Organisers step in!
    As part of the Your Organisers Team, you will have a unique login to our work platform. This will give you access to ongoing projects and is where you will contact clients, communicate with colleagues and track your work and your time. Your will be able to get notifications on your phone as new jobs appear and access files you need on a cloud based system for maximum flexibility. This is mainly a remote working role but there are times when clients like to meet Organisers so we need you to be within easy reach of west London and comfortable being customer facing. You need to be approachable and presentable when meeting clients, either on the phone or face-to-face, to determine their needs.

    Ideal Candidates Will Have:

    • A strong desire and passion for planning and organising
    • Advanced computer literacy, you need to be computer savvy and be skilled with Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to include excellent written and spoken English
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines that are in various stages of completion
    • A positive “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail

    Job Type: Part Time Freelance;
    Salary: Dependent on experience. How much you earn depends on how much you do based on an agreed hourly rate.
