      Executive Assistant – Corporate HQ

      • Based in the Corporate HQ of this global organisation. There are c.30 in the London office (the senior leadership are based in London).
      • The company provide technology/data centres for their clients to house their IT infrastructure.
      • The offices are based across Europe and Asia Pacific.
      • A very established and highly successful organisation.
      • The CEO is incredibly busy and works at enormous pace.
      • There are two other EAs in the London office, but this role provides sole support to the CEO.

      Job Description

      • Highly complex diary management across multiple time zones (the CEO spends a lot of time in China and on global trips)
      • In-box management – this requires a strong sense of commercial acumen to keep abreast of the CEO’s priorities and ever changing diary commitments.
      • Preparation of highly complex documents/presentations/packs for the CEO (advanced MS office skills are essential). This includes printing/binding as required.
      • Contact/CRM management – keeping abreast of key contacts and developing good relationships with the key stakeholders.
      • Logistics – this will vary from booking cars to get the CEO to/from the office to highly complex global business trips.

      The Successful Applicant

      • Resilient, driven and able to work under pressure and at pace.
      • Advanced MS office skills are essential to produce the documentation/packs for the CEO.
      • Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin would be advantageous, but not essential.
      • A strong track record of working as a Business Assistant/EA with a commercial focus/ability to “join the dots” when managing the in-box and diary.
      • Flexible – both in terms of time/ability to commit and take ownership and also in moving within a fast paced environment/coping well with change.
