    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior PA to support two senior Executive Directors (Board level) within a large family business. The role will be based at our Clients Head Office just on the outskirts of Junction 14 of the M5 – thus you must have your own transportation due to our Clients location. Commutable for the following areas: Stroud / Gloucester/ Chippenham / Bristol

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
    ·Provide effective executive PA support to both Directors including proactive diary management and comprehensive reactive and proactive administrational support to others within the leadership team
    ·Provide full company secretarial administrative support to the business and leadership team
    ·Co-ordination and distribution of monthly board reports, attendance and minute taking (shorthand is not required, however, candidates must have previous experience of minute taking) for the board meetings and ensure accurate minutes of the meeting are issued promptly
    ·Office management responsibilities include management of the cleaning and travel contracts, building security and maintenance providers
    ·Other day to day and ad-hoc management and organisation of lunches, employee and company events etc
    ·Process and approval of payments and approvals within own authority

    Core Competencies
    The right candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise. You will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. You will have the ability to anticipate needs, use your own initiative and proactively seek out solutions across the organisation whilst providing total confidentiality to the business. Strong IT skills are required.

    Experience and Qualifications
    Previous Board level PA experience is essential as is the ability to work closely with all levels of the business.

    Hours of work : Monday – Thursday 9am – 4.30pm finishing at 3.30pm on a Friday
