|Title||Personal Assistant to Director of Development (22.2 hours)|
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Director of Development with day to day administration who will join our dedicated and talented fundraising team at Birmingham Museums Trust. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and be able to demonstrate a high level of computer literacy.
You will provide a full range of administrative and secretarial support to the Director and the wider teams within the Development Directorate. Your responsibilities will include data collation, diary management, arranging travel, minute taking, preparing agendas and undertaking project-based work. You will coordinate all elements of development administration from collating monthly gift-aid reports, management of stakeholder contact details, mailing invitations to special events, to administrating budgets.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable and loyal. Someone who has the ability to quickly adapt to changing workload demands, with a “can do” positive attitude.
