Swinton Park is set in 200 acres of parkland on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, 15 minutes from the A1 and within easy driving distance of Harrogate, Leeds and York. The ancestral home of the Earl of Swinton, the castle is owned and run by the Cunliffe-Lister family and combines the style and elegance of a stately home with the comfort and service of a luxury hotel.
Swinton Park offers 31 individually-designed bedrooms together with
a bar and 3 AA Rosette restaurant, featuring produce reared and grown on the Swinton Estate. Several elegant reception rooms of various sizes are suitable for a wide range of events, meetings and private dining, ranging from a board meeting in one of the turret rooms to a company presentation in the library (seating up to 120). All rooms enjoy sweeping views over the surrounding parkland and are light and airy, decorated in a quietly traditional style. A flexible meetings and business events rate card enables clients to tailor business events to suit their individual requirements.
With a 20,000 acre estate and extensive on-site facilities including a spa, cookery school and bird of prey centre, Swinton Park offers a wide variety of team building and incentive events including alfresco dining, ‘Bake Off’ cookery challenges and courses with a Michelin-trained chef, foraging, orienteering and Farmyard Olympics.
