Meet Reading is organising an interactive, fun exhibition for event planners to showcase more than 20 venues and event agencies in the Reading area. And you are invited!
π Reading Venue Showcase takes place on Thursday 10 September (17:30 β 19:30)
π Novotel Reading Centre, 2 minutes from Reading Station.
The exhibition will feature stands from many of Readingβs meeting venues, events specialists and hospitality venues.
What to expect at the Reading Venue Showcase
The Reading Venue Showcase promises to be a sociable evening of business networking for professional event organisers in the Thames Valley and London and provides a unique opportunity to talk to Reading-based meeting and hospitality venues all in one place.
Each exhibitor will be offering a great competition prize, as well as giveaways. There will also be a complimentary glass of fizz on arrival, courtesy of Stanlake Park Wine Estate and canapes from the Novotel Hotel.

The Reading Venue Showcase takes place at the Novotel Hotel on Thursday 10 September from 5:30pm. The evening is free to attend thanks to the generous sponsorship of Reading BID and will include a welcome drink, as well as canapes and competition prizes such as hotel stays, activities, river cruises and afternoon tea.
