eavolve is the training and development company built only for Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and Chiefs of Staff. We exist because the people who hold organisations together have, for too long, been handed generic courses designed for everyone else. Every programme we run is written and delivered by people who have done the job at the highest level, and every one of them is designed to change what you do on Monday morning, not just how you feel on the day.
Who we are
eavolve was founded in 2024 by Lily Shippen, who has spent more than a decade recruiting EAs and Chiefs of Staff at the highest level through our sister company, Lily Shippen, and Emily Partridge, our Managing Director, a former award-winning Executive Assistant who went on to manage a global team of 60 EAs. Between them they have worked with hundreds of assistants and the leaders they support across the UK, and that is where every programme starts: with what the role actually demands.
For EAs and PAs
The EA & PA Strategy Training Day is our flagship one-day programme for assistants ready to operate as strategic partners rather than support. It is CPD accredited and runs in London and Manchester. The Future Ready EA & PA Training Day is our one-day programme on using AI properly in the role, built for beginners and experienced users alike and tailored to the people in the room. Our one-to-one career coaching covers everything from a single Breakthrough Session to a full Career Pivot programme and a CV and Market Session with Lily for anyone preparing to move. The Secret Club is our membership community for assistants who want ongoing development, peer support and honest conversation between training days.
For Chiefs of Staff and those who want to become one
The move from EA to Chief of Staff is one of the most talked about and least understood career steps in the profession. Our Chief of Staff Readiness Assessment gives an honest, structured view of where you stand, and our Chief of Staff training programmes and networking group support people already in the role or preparing for it.
For employers
We work with organisations that want their executive support function to be a competitive advantage. EA & PA Team Training Days bring a whole team together around the challenges they share. Development Coaching gives individual assistants structured one-to-one support with clear outcomes for the business. Our Training Retainer Programme gives larger teams year-round access to development without the admin of booking it piece by piece.
