Let’s start with the key questions: why host your event at The Form Rooms?

The location of The Form Rooms is a significant advantage, as it is easily accessible via public transport. Most of the meeting rooms are filled with natural daylight, creating a pleasant working atmosphere. Additionally, the venue features a charming courtyard, perfect for hosting memorable drinks receptions during the warmer months.

Clients can rent the rooms by the hour, providing flexibility and cost-saving opportunities. All audiovisual equipment is included in the room hire, featuring the latest technology. The venue is fully accessible, with step-free access, and we also offer an impaired loop system to enhance inclusivity for all guests.

What space is there available for hire at The Form Rooms?

The venue offers remarkable flexibility, accommodating everything from 4-person meetings to lively standing drink receptions for up to 100 guests. With five well-designed meeting rooms that can be transformed into nine separate spaces, we provide a variety of setups to suit any needs.

Our bright and spacious communal areas are perfect for tea and coffee breaks, standing lunches, drink receptions, and exhibitions. Additionally, the venue is available for exclusive hire, featuring a main meeting room that seats 80 in a theatre style alongside seven breakout rooms for more focused discussions and activities.

Outdoor space for summer events in hard to come by in central London – can you accommodate requests for outdoor events?

The venue offers an inviting outdoor spaceโ€”a beautifully designed courtyard ideal for drink receptions. Although we are centrally located, this serene courtyard is tucked away at the back of the building, providing a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of London. It’s the perfect setting for a relaxed and private gathering.

What help and support does your team offer to PA, EAs and other event organisers?

The team is very helpful. We do offer site visit for clients to have a better understanding of the venue. We also have the virtual tour available for those that cannot travel to London. We can suggest various caterer depending on the occasion, but we also allow customers to bring their preferred supplier. We also support on the day with tech requirements.

Any advice and tips for PAs and EAs who are new to organising events?

  • Be specific about your goals and expectations. The clearer you are in your communication, the better the venue team can support your needs.
  • Visiting the venue in person provides invaluable insight into its layout and facilities. This firsthand experience will help you understand the space better.
  • While you’re there, discuss the agenda with the venue staff; they can offer expert suggestions on what will work best for flow management, operations, and logistics.
  • Prepare for unexpected changes or challenges. Maintaining flexibility is essential, as it allows you to adapt and find solutions swiftly.
  • Donโ€™t hesitate to seek assistance from the venue teamโ€”they’re there to support you and have a deep understanding of the venue’s unique features, enabling them to provide quick and effective help.

Can you share an example of a successful or memorable event The Form Rooms has hosted?

We organised a crucial event for the CEOs of the retail sector. The gathering commenced with a three-hour roundtable discussion, followed by an insightful lecture. In between these segments, our team had just 30 minutes to turn the room from a cabaret style to a theatre setup. Thanks to their dedication and efficiency, they successfully completed the transition on time. All the guests left the venue genuinely impressed with the exceptional service provided.
