Olympia has been an iconic London venue for nearly 140 years, inspiring visitors with an endless variety of events in central London. From breath-taking consumer events, to thrilling fashion shows, tech events, and large, colourful trade shows, it continues to shape London history today.

Our £1.3bn regeneration project is one of the most ambitious in the world, set to transform the area into London’s newest cultural destination.

Designed by Heatherwick Studio and SPPARC for Yoo Capital and DFI, this new vision for one of the capital’s most architecturally striking sites will see Olympia transformed into a new kind of destination, attracting visitors globally, for both leisure and business.

The new destination will reset the standard for the future of events, offering organisers, exhibitors and visitors alike the chance to come together to be entertained, learn, innovate and do business in one entire ecosystem. Blending heritage with cutting-edge innovation, Olympia’s flexible event spaces will remain at the heart of its transformation, seamlessly integrating into London’s new global stage for innovation, entertainment, and creativity.

Opening in phases from the second half of 2025, the regeneration will turn Olympia into a showcase for the remarkable and the extraordinary.

The reimagined Olympia will include:

• 4 large-scale event spaces and 1 state-of-the-art convention centre
• 1,575 seat theatre operated by Trafalgar Entertainment Group
• 4,000 capacity music venue operated by AEG Presents
• 30+ restaurants, bars and eateries
• 2 global renowned international lifestyle hotels: Hyatt Regency London Olympia and citizenM London Olympia
• A new co-educational senior school for students aged 11-18 years
• 550,000 sq ft incredible office space
• Over 2.5 acres of pedestrianised streets and public realm open to the public 365 days a year

Olympia is perfectly located in central London with our own dedicated train station, Kensington (Olympia) station and West Kensington and Barons Court underground stations only a short walk away. For those travelling from further afield, Heathrow Airport is just 30 minutes away via public transport.
