What to expect from a Day in the Northcote Cookery School
After a light breakfast and a tour of the kitchens, guests will make their way to the classroom for insightful day of learning.ย ย But not just any classroomโฆ
The Northcote Cookery School doubles as the exclusive private dining space within the heart of the Michelin star kitchen at this luxurious Ribble Valley hotel. Just clear glass doors separate budding chefs from the kitchen brigade and TV personality/multi-award-winning executive chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen.
You will have a front row view of the inner workings of the restaurant and can experience what itโs like to use the same, state-of-the-art equipment as the professionals to cook up a storm.
All levels of experience and confidence are catered for, with the course pitched just right for curious cooks who are keen to widen their repertoire.
You will also get to dine in the award-winning, Michelin star restaurant with a two-course lunch and a glass of wine included in your prize.
Every attendee will also receive a branded apron, bag and all of the food they have prepared that day with a recipe pack so that you can recreate the dishes at home.

Please note, that reservation by the winner is subject to availability. Prize cannot be redeemed on a Saturday or between 24th December 2024 โ 1st January 2025 and the 24th January to 9th February 2025. Travel to and from Northcote is the responsibility of the winner. No additional costs or expenses incurred by the winner or their guest during their stay are included as part of the prize.
