In London, Hawksmoor has dedicated private dining and events spaces at Guildhall, Wood Wharf, Borough and Spitalfields. The private dining rooms accommodate between 14 to 24 guests across the three locations – Bank, London Bridge and Canary Wharf.
Private Dining Room at Hawksmoor Wood Wharf seats up to 21 people, and the room is named after local legend Queenie Watts. Hawksmoor Wood Wharf is housed in an eco-friendly floating pavilion in a new riverside neighbourhood in Canary Wharf. The restaurant at dock-level is joined by its downstairs waterside bar area – the ideal spot for a more casual dining setting, after-work drinks, a glamorous night out, or hosting any type of event. With a capacity of up to 230 guests standing, the bar can play host to a variety of larger and more informal shindigs – from company socials, winter and summer parties, and birthday festivities – you can either hire a semi-private area or go all out and hire the whole bar and summer terrace for sun-drenched celebrations.
At its Guildhall restaurant in the City, nearest tube stations Bank and Moorgate, there’s private dining for all occasions, from corporate lunches and dinners to group dining for parties and events for up to 22 people seated in the Sublime Society Room.
The Cooks’ Room at Hawksmoor Borough, a short walk from London Bridge station and Borough Market, is considered one of London’s best private dining rooms. The private room accommodates up to 22 seated. There’s even a dedicated open kitchen in the Cook’s Room, so you can engage with a personal chef about the food as they work their magic and prepare your meal. Of course, you will have your own dedicated waiter and sommelier too.
If you’re looking for group dining for a larger party, our Spitalfields restaurant can accommodate groups of 35 to 55 people seated in a private section of the restaurant. We can also arrange for pre-dinner drinks in our newly restored Spitalfields Bar. The restaurant is a short walk from Liverpool Street, Old Street and Aldgate East stations and moments from Shoreditch High Street overground.
Perhaps the most obvious, but no less important to mention, the menus revolve around the very best grass-fed 35-day dry-aged beef from cows who’ve lived well. Seafood that’s genuinely sustainable.
