On a quiet street in London’s chic Covent Garden, a new event and meeting space is rewriting the textbooks on how we meet, collaborate and network.
A historic Victorian school has been lovingly restored and beautifully transformed to create The Form Rooms – a Central London workspace like no other. Previously a Victorian schoolhouse, The Form Rooms has been lovingly restored and transformed to create a Central London workspace like no other, combining iconic heritage and contemporary London cool with West End glamour.
Booking your Covent Garden event
Big or small, plenary or break-out, catered or just the basics – events at The Form Rooms are flexible. In addition to our main event space (seating 70), The Form Rooms are formed of smaller breakout rooms with a variety of capacities, available on an hour-by-hour basis or an exclusive all-night event. Combined with our communal spaces and beautiful courtyard, The Form Rooms is ready to support your next event, whether it’s a brief meeting, product launch, training session or catered dinner.

When you book an event at The Form Rooms, you get more than just our event space – you get our time, dedication and expertise, ensuring your event goes off without a hitch. Our experienced event co-ordinators are your go-to people on the day to support your event, helping to provide seamless tech support, catering assistance and more.
Sustainable event space
We all play a role in protecting our planet, and The Form Rooms is no exception. Located just five minutes from three main Underground stations, we encourage our team and attendees to walk or use public transport. As well as this, our preferred catering suppliers have received the highest possible rating from Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) with their menu of vegetarian dishes, free-ranged meat and sustainably sourced fish – zero of our food waste goes to landfill.

But Seven Dials isn’t just at the centre of London’s West End; it represents the heart of everything that makes the city so special. Nestled in Covent Garden, it combines history, architecture, culture and contemporary in an ever-changing snapshot of London life. Each cobbled pathway takes you in the direction of the biggest brands, the chicest fashion houses and the finest restaurants.
