Each event is assigned a dedicated Event Manager within the Conference & Events team to plan, execute and deliver all requests and ensure that the events details are communicated to other departments on the resort.

How Butlin’s managed two different events over two consecutive days

Over two days in June, Butlin’s Bognor Regis demonstrated its ability to respond to client needs by hosting two very different back-to-back events. With quick turnaround and flexible planning, both clients found success at Butlin’s. First, the team welcomed 40 GPs for their quarterly conference in the Regency Suite followed by afternoon tea in the Conference Centre Lounge. Serving afternoon tea in the lounge gave delegates a break from their meeting and allowed them to reconnect and network with colleagues, many of whom hadn’t seen each other since before the pandemic. The following day, the events team welcomed 200 delegates for a full day conference using the Regency Suite and workshops using five breakout rooms—one of which was created specifically for this event. The event took full advantage of the in-house catering available, including a two-course lunch buffet, coffee breaks and afternoon tea.
