HM QUEEN ELIZABETH II

We are deeply saddened about the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

She served our country for over 70 years, having celebrated her Platinum Jubilee in early June this year. Until recently, she worked tirelessly, visiting countries around the world – more than any other head of state – as well as giving her time as patron of over 500 organisations covering education, culture, arts, sports and more.

As well as her full-time job serving as head of the nation, and of the wider Commonwealth, she was a wife, a mother, a grandmother and a great-grandmother.

She led us all through the darkest and the brightest of times, during the former providing great stewardship and comfort to many.

She leaves a great legacy behind; the world will not be the same without her. The tributes from across the globe are testament to the universal affection and respect she commanded.

Whether or not you are a Royalist, most will agree that she was an amazing, inspirational and brave leader.

We send our condolences to The Royal Family and all those grieving at this time. And on behalf of everyone at PA Life, we offer thanks to Her Majesty for her gracious service.
