It’s less than a month until the inaugural Business Travel Show Asia Pacific’s Business Travel Innovation Faceoff. This April, for the first time ever, cutting-edge corporate travel suppliers will have the opportunity to showcase the latest technology and solutions at the show that’s already established itself as the leaving event in Europe and the US…
The first Business Travel Show Asia Pacific takes place on 16-17 April 2025 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, alongside The Meetings Show Asia Pacific. The event will unite 200+ corporate travel buyers from across the Asia Pacific region, the US, the UK, and Europe with over 50 top-tier exhibitors expected to attend, including airlines, hotels, TMCs, technology providers, and ground transportation services.
The Business Travel Innovation Faceoff brings together some of the most forward-thinking suppliers at the forefront of developing new technology and service solutions to support business travel and enable travel managers and meetings planners to not only enhance their corporate travel and meetings programmes but, in turn, achieve their own growth ambitions.
Select suppliers invited to pitch their solutions
It promises to be an inspiring showcase as the selected shortlist of suppliers are invited to battle it out with a seven-minute pitch of their solutions to a panel of expert judges. The contest will also be witnessed by a live audience of travel buyers and bookers before the winner is announced in the Knowledge Arena at 1540 on the second day of the show.
Who are judging the business travel solutions contest?
The panel of judges includes some of the most inspiring leaders from across APAC’s business travel and travel technology sectors:
- Adeline Kang – Director JCAP Operations, Travel Meetings Card & Fleet, MSD International
- Kurt Knackstedt – Head of Sales – Pacific, Avis Budget Group
- Elvin Lee – Regional Travel Manager APJ, Service Now

Business Travel Show Asia Pacific draws from success of the European and US
