How to build a better business travel programme – stress free in one day. Building a business travel programme can be complex, confusing and time consuming. But it doesn’t have to be. At Business Travel Show Europe, which takes place 19-20 June at ExCeL in London, you can find a huge range of business travel suppliers and partners. All under one roof making it super easy to improve your current plan.

Finding the right suppliers for your programme couldn’t be easier thanks to the show’s clearly signposted, specialist zones: 

Accommodation village: Where your travellers stay is just as important as how they get there, so take a trip to the accommodation providers in this year’s accommodation village: Dwellworks Living, Point A Hotels, Roomzzz Apartments, Travelodge and Yotel. This is just a small taster of the 30+ accommodation providers at the show.  

Airline pavilion: Air is one of the biggest costs for most travel international travel programmes. If you’re relooking at your airline partnerships, then the Airline pavilion is a perfect stop during your visit with Air-France KLM, Champan Freeborn Airchartering, China Airlines, easyJet, Hainan Airlines, ITA Airways, Latam Airlines, London City Airport, Luxair Luxembourg Airlines, oneworld, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines and VistaJet International among those exhibiting.  

Business travel tech zone: Between Business Travel Show Europe and its sister event TravelTech Show sits the Business Travel Technology Zone. The back-office tools and systems found on the stands here will help you streamline operations and improve efficiencies.  Exhibitors include Cornerstone, DerbySoft, Exactly.com, Jyrney, Midoco, Nexus Vehicle Rental, Pax2pay, Paysafe, Procon Solution, Travel Operations, Travelogix, Trondent Development and Yoummday.  

The Hubs and Meeting pods: You’ll find a variety of potential partners here – many exhibiting at the show for the first time – so it’s definitely worth stopping by and meeting Hertz, Heathrow Express, Barceló Hotel Group, RIU Plaza Hotels, International SOS and Sixt Rent a Car.  

Rail zone: Switching to rail for domestic UK travel is one of the most efficient ways of cutting and managing the carbon footprint of your travel programme. The rail zone showcases the leading national providers in this growing sector including Avanti West Coast, LNER, South Western Railway and the TRANSPENNINE Express. Elsewhere on the floor, look out for Eurostar and Heathrow Express.

 There are networking opportunities aplenty on exhibitors’ stands at the show giving you the chance to drop in and find out what they’re offering in a really informal setting.
