Agiito has taken the next steps to offer corporate bookers the latest game-changing meetings technology by launching Instant Book.
Developed by Agiito’s in-house Business Solutions and Venue Find teams in conjunction with long-term partners Venue Directory over the last year, instant book is the next significant feature within Agiito’s propriety venue finding booking tool, Meetingspro.
Agiito’s Instant Book meeting technology is an exciting feature
Instant Book is an end-to-end online booking experience within Meetingspro, where bookers can view availability, calculate an accurate cost and book their meeting space right there and then.This is the next stage in a recent phase of developments from Agiito, who were the first to pilot the live availability feature in 2022.
“I’m delighted that we’ve reached another significant milestone on our meetings proposition roadmap with the upcoming launch of Instant Book. Our in-house development teams have been busy creating this extension to the live availability feature and is the next step to bringing an accommodation-like experience to our venue find bookers,” explained Carl Law, Chief Technology Officer.
“This exciting new development has taken a lot of commitment and drive by all involved and I’m excited that we will be bringing it to life for customers over the coming weeks.”
Visitors to this year’s The Business Travel Show and The Meetings Show (28-29 June) were the first to see this technology in action, where demonstrations were available on the Agiito stand.
