The venue is well established having opened in 1977. Kensington Conference and Events Centre hosts a multitude of regular exhibitions and conferences and accommodates several unique specialist events.

It is great that we have a few properties of varied sizes in our portfolio. This helps enormously when an event grows in popularity and requires more space. Thanks to our portfolio, we have been able to continue to host our regular events by transferring them from our smaller venues to Kensington Conference and Events Centre. Great event spaces at Kensington Conference and Events Centre
Kensington Conference and Events Centre comprises of two large event halls, which can be hired independently or together. Jointly, they can accommodate up to 995 delegates across both Halls for a conference.
The Great Hall can hold up to 820 delegates theatre style and is complimented by two large foyer spaces. This makes it ideal for conferences which require space for some exhibitors; for exhibitions depending on set up it can fit over 85 exhibitors in across the Hall and foyers. We can also host gala dinners for up to 500 guests.
The Great Hall also has a stage, changing room and green room. In addition, the lower foyer has two internal meeting rooms, ideal for small meetings or as an organiser’s office.
The Small Hall can seat up to 175 delegates theatre style and has its own self-contained foyer space with its own toilets and cloakroom.
In addition to the event Halls there is also the unique looking council chamber seating 174 guests. It’s often used for filming as well as conferences. You’ll also have a chance to book several committee rooms, which are ideal for small meetings or parallel sessions.
Catering is an important part of an event, and we work alongside 12 approved caterers. This allows you a wide choice of catering options, covering different cuisines, styles and budgets.
