Two distinct buildings at Wokefield Estate
The estate itself is home to the state-of-the-art Wokefield Place and the classic Mansion House; two separate buildings, only a minutes’ walk apart, offering two very different experiences. Wokefield Place boasts the largest space across the venue, the Wokefield Suite, which can seat up to 400 delegates theatre style or 270 cabaret style. This suite is a complete blank canvas providing clients with endless branding and theming opportunities. Pair the Wokefield Suite with The Avenue for exhibition space, a networking area or even for one of our famous Street Parties!
The Hub, also located in Wokefield Place, is a collection of 7 smaller meeting rooms with a capacity for up to 70 delegates and benefits from direct outdoor access and a separate tea and coffee lounge area. Ideal for exhibitions requiring multiple spaces, and perfect as syndicate rooms when booked alongside the Wokefield Suite.
Steeped in history, the Grade II listed Mansion House offers clients a luxurious experience with ornate, period features, sparkling chandeliers and grand event spaces perfect for senior-level meetings, glitzy galas and sumptuous private dining.
With the capacity for up to 300 delegates theatre style, the Terrace Suite is a beautiful space with its own private bar and direct outdoor access to a terrace with seating overlooking the grounds. This space is popular with clients searching for a large-scale conference with the option for outdoor teambuilding and for those requiring a stunning space for annual awards dinners and galas.
At the opposite end of the Mansion, you’ll find the Lincoln Suite. With breath-taking dual aspect views over the front and rear lawns, easy access to the Whisky Lounge bar and direct outdoor access, the Lincoln can seat up to 120 for a seated dinner or 120 theatre style. With a further three boardrooms, in addition to the Palmer, Old Lounge and Mortimer suites, the Mansion has plenty of flexible event spaces all with their own stunning architecture.
The Mansion is home to 87 bedrooms, including 12 luxury suites, each offering a luxurious night’s sleep with comfortable beds, heritage décor and Penhaligon’s toiletries.

In addition to event space and bedrooms, Wokefield is host to a number of leisure facilities including an 18-hole championship golf course, indoor pool, sauna and all-weather driving range. The estate also features tennis courts, an outdoor gym and plenty of running and walking routes.
