The most coveted festive party of the year for PAs and EAs – the PA Life Christmas Party & Star Awards will this year be hosted jointly with Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, at the fantastic East Quarter Residency Level 3.
London’ premium football stadium plays host to our join celebration of PA Life Christmas Party & Star Award 2025. The vast venue has an event space to suit every need, whatever size your party. Our party will take place at the stunning Residency on Level 3. Expect a relaxed evening over drinks, canapes and bowl food, live entertainment, an opportunity to mingle with our sponsors and of course with your fellow assistants.

You will be notified via email if you’ve been successful in securing a place. Attendance is free for readers. However, PA Life Club members receive priority access (the club is free to join online). AND all PA Life Star Awards nominees get a guaranteed place.

PA Life Star Awards 2025 simplified with a quick & easy nomination process
It’s time to throw your hat in the ring for the hotly contested PA Life Star Awards 2025 for a chance of winning one of the nine highly regarded awards. This year’s nomination process has been made even easier and quicker than before for EAs, PAs, VAs and Office Managers to enter either themselves, or nominate a friend or a colleague. All you need to do is to complete a short entry form, choosing the category, or multiple categories. We will confirm your nomination and ask for a testimonial to back it up where necessary.
PA Life Star Awards 2025 categories
- Rising Star celebrates outstanding Assistants who have been working in the sector for less than five years, but have demonstrated excellence in their approach to their role.
- Virtual Assistant Star will be awarded to an individual who has shown exceptional applications of services to clients.
- PA Life Club Member Star is awarded to the member of the PA Life Club who has shown strong commitment to supporting the Club by attending events and engaging with other Club initiatives.
- PA Life Club Mentor Star will be nominated by PA Life Club mentees for the support, guidance and positive impact they’ve made on the mentee.
- Event Organiser Star is awarded for the Assistant who has shown to be an accomplished event professional behind successful events.
- Project Lead Star has demonstrated strong project management skills within their organisation by undertaking successful project.
- Team Player Star is awarded to someone who not only supports their exec/boss, but other colleagues too.
- Commitment to Wellbeing Star has actively helped their organisations with wellbeing and wellness initiatives, either by introducing projects and programmes, or by managing them.
- PA Star of the Year is the Star of all Stars award is given to someone who’s enhanced their workplace, going above and beyond duty to make processes smoother and their Execs’ and/or their teams’ lives easier.

Our panel of judges is made up of industry experts and will be announced soon. The judges will decide the winners of our awards. A shortlist of finalists will be announced mid-October.

The nominations are open until midnight on 3 October and the finalists will be revealed in PA Life Winter Issue mid-October, plus online soon after.
We welcomed entries by all amazing PAs, EAs, VAs and Office Managers to nominate themselves, a colleague or a friend – the process is quick and simply, and the awards are free. Rising Star
This category celebrates outstanding Assistants who have been working in the sector for less than five years, but have demonstrated excellence in their approach to their role in supporting their executives and wider teams.
Virtual Assistant Star
As the name suggests, this accolade will be awarded to an individual who has shown exceptional applications of services to clients.
PA Life Club Member Star
Awarded to the member of the PA Life Club who has shown strong commitment to supporting the Club by attending events, and engaging with other Club initiatives.
PA Life Club Mentor Star
We are asking our PA Life Club mentees to nominate their mentors whose support and guidance has made a positive impact on the mentee.
Event Organiser Star
Is awarded for the Assistant who has shown to be an accomplished event professional behind successful events.
Project Lead Star
We are looking for a person who’s demonstrated strong project management skills within their organisation by undertaking successful project.
Team Player Star
As the name reveals, this award is for a real team player, someone who not only supports their exec/boss, but other colleagues too.
Commitment to Wellbeing Star
This Star has actively helped their organisations with wellbeing and wellness initiatives, either by introducing projects and programmes, or by managing them.
PA Star of the Year
The brightest Star of all Stars award is given to someone who’s enhanced their workplace, going above and beyond duty to make processes smoother and their Execs’ and/or their teams’ lives easier.
