CHELTENHAM AND THE COTSWOLDS
18th - 19th JANUARY 2024
We have a fantastic Fam Trip planned for you our PA Life Club members, courtesy of Meet in Cheltenham.
Please see the itinerary during this overnight visiting some of the best venues in the Cotswolds.
Thursday, January 18th: 11am arrival in Cheltenham, a quintessentially English spa town full of character. Check into host hotel ‘Queens Hotel Cheltenham’.
After a meet and greet with Tara Sanchez, the Meet in Cheltenham host, guests will take a short walk to the luxurious boutique Hotel du Vin Cheltenham located in the chic Montpellier district to enjoy a site visit and light lunch in one of the private dining spaces.
Guests will then be driven into the Cotswolds for a site visit, estate tour and enjoy a quintessential afternoon tea at 5* Ellenborough Park Hotel & Grounds, the hotel is nestled between the Cotswold’s highest point and the gallops of Cheltenham Racecourse.
Return to host hotel for some free time to wander the streets or nearby gardens and refresh for the evening – pre-dinner drinks & canapes will be served in the hotel lounge.
We will then take a short walk to Regency Street which is full of a variety of independent restaurants, including Bao & BBQ where you will be treated to cocktails and a private dinner (an independent restaurant fusing Taiwanese Bao buns with Texan style BBQ, the first of its kind).

Friday, January 19th: After breakfast we will visit Sudeley Castle & Gardens in the Cotswolds for a private behind the scenes tour followed by a private brunch served in The Library. This gorgeous event space plays host to private dinner parties and is home to one of Sudeley’s greatest treasures, the rare, 16th century Sheldon tapestry.
Guests will then make their onward return journeys circa 1pm.
Note: Travel will be provided from London Paddington for all guests to depart at the same time (or on the GWR network).

Places are limited to 10 on this Fam Trip and Meet in Cheltenham would like to welcome PA Life Club members who are seriously considering Cheltenham and Cotswolds as a possible meetings or events destination for their companies within a foreseeable future. Please only register your interest if this applies to you.
We also request that all attendees will be able to take part in all the visits and activities during both days of the trip as considerable effort has gone into securing the venues and for them to prepare for our visit.
