Experience Christmas Party World 2023 at Athena, Leicester’s leading Christmas party venue.

PA Life Club members are invited to join the party on December 8th from 6pm till 1am.

Overnight accommodation in Leicester will be at The Gresham Aparthotel, a  luxury stay in the heart of Leicester with a range of apartments to suit any need.

Both Athena and The Gresham are in the city centre and just a few minute walks away from Leicester station. Please make your way to the hotel on arrival in Leicester and from there to Athena.

Date and time: Friday December 8th – Saturday 9th, party starts at 6pm

• Friday 8^th December: Your overnight stay has been arranged at the luxury aparthotel, The Gresham https://www.thegreshamaparthotel.com/ in the centre of Leicester, a short walk from Athena.

  Please check into The Gresham ahead of joining the Athena team at the venue’s upstairs City View Lounge at 6pm where we will enjoy welcome drinks before the Christmas Experience starts.

  Saturday morning the 9th: We will have breakfast at The Gresham and at 11am we’ll walk over to Athena for a venue tour. There will be a chance to tour Leicester afterwards – hopefully on a guided walk organised by the city’s tourism board.

The evening’s Christmas Party World will start around 7pm and finish at 1am.

A full itinerary will be sent together with a confirmation email w/c  November 20th.

Christmas Party World takes residence within Leicester’s leading events venue, Athena, creating the most immersive Christmas party experience in the area. Each year we host an incredible range of guests; from small private tables of 8, to larger companies into the 100’s, with one thing in common – They share in the most electrifying evening from start to finish and make memories that last a lifetime.

THE VENUE:

Leicester’s flagship events venue City centre location. Professional event security. Free cloakroom. Designated taxi pick up / drop off point. 5 minute walk from the train station.

ENTERTAINMENT:

Spectacular ’New York Nights’ theming Aerial acrobatics. Professional dance troops. Fairground attractions (optional – there will be a small charge on the evening). After dinner disco & professional DJ.

After dinner entertainment (all profits are donated to our chosen charity, The NSPCC). 

BARS:

Only premium brands. Beautifully themed main bars. Professional cocktail bar. Table service for drink orders during your meal.
