The HAC is situated in the heart of the City of London, the HAC has spaces that can accommodate a wide variety of events. From conferences, weddings and team-building days for larger crowds to intimate dinners and board meetings for just a handful of guests. Our historic venue is both versatile and unique. Within our grounds we have three distinct areas: Armoury House, a beautiful Georgian manor house with six rooms full of character and period features; the Artillery Garden, five acres of lush, green lawns; and the Prince Consort Rooms, a large, contemporary space with its own entrance and summer terrace.
Our range of spaces in Armoury House are ideal for elegant private events such as dinners, drinks receptions and parties and also well suited to corporate conferences and meetings that desire a unique setting with modern AV facilities. With elegant heritage rooms holding up to 150 seated or 250 standing in our larger room. The Prince Consort Rooms is the HAC’s largest and most versatile space with a capacity of 400 seated and up to 700 standing.
Converted from the Regiment’s former drill hall, the stunning room boasts a dedicated entrance – via a pretty courtyard – an adjoining outdoor terrace and a separate registration area. The space itself has an impressive vaulted ceiling, painted brick walls and level access flooring throughout. Great for conferences, weddings, awards ceremonies, parties and dinners. The layout of the room gives organisers an interconnecting space, perfect as a reception and catering space. The contemporary yet neutral feel of the décor means the space can be transformed into anything from a Hawaiian luau to a Winter Wonderland. The Prince Consort Rooms also comes with an adjoining room tucked away near the main entrance which makes a perfect organiser’s office or green room.
The jewel in our crown is the Artillery Garden, our five-acre outdoor event space in central London, home to prestigious events such as London Concours since its launch in 2017. The Garden has hosted Premier League and Championship football teams as well as Saracens, the All Blacks and Barbarians rugby teams on the venue’s pristine sports pitches. The spotless, green lawns of the Artillery Garden provide solace from the hustle and bustle of the city combined with the atmospheric appeal of live, large-scale outdoor events, which makes the Artillery Garden a unique venue for outdoor events in London.
Great for outdoor parties, celebrations or team building events, sports matches and weddings. With five-acres of space, the Artillery Garden is one of the largest outdoor party venues in London with capacity and functionality for even the wildest event briefs.
I attach our 3-D tour for you to visit the venue virtually – please click on the ‘PCR Entrance’, then continue through ‘PCR Courtyard’, enter the building and go left to ‘PCR – reception area’, which will be you registration area. Then you will see West Albert Room on your right. West Albert will be your catering space where you can have your bar and catering station if applicable. As you walk ahead, you will then see large wooden sliding doors leasing to the main exhibition space called East Albert Room.
