Arrive at Mercure London Earls Court and join us for an exclusive tour of our refurbished hotel and event spaces. This is a great opportunity to explore our versatile meeting and event facilities, including the London Suite, whilst learning more about how we can support your future events.
12.15 PM | Networking Drinks at Barnaby’s Kitchen & Lounge Bar
Following the show-around, enjoy a drink at Barnaby’s Kitchen & Lounge Bar, serving traditional British cuisine with a modern twist. Enjoy a selection of drinks whilst connecting with industry peers and members of our team in a relaxed and informal setting.

Enjoy an interactive cocktail masterclass, where you’ll have the chance to create and enjoy your own signature cocktail. Afterwards, join us for lunch and further networking.

The host venue, Mercure London Earls Court send PA Life Club members a warm welcome to their newly refurbished hotel and events venue. Their flagship event space, London Suite offers 1,200 square metres of highly versatile event space. With 5-metre-high ceilings suitable for immersive staging and exhibitions, the ballroom can be configured to host award ceremonies, summits, exhibitions, conferences and Christmas Parties. In addition, second-floor meeting rooms with natural daylight, in-built AV, wireless projection and Nespresso facilities provide an ideal setting for board meetings, training sessions and strategy days. The ‘Layers of Time’ themed rooms are inspired by the iconic Tardis of Doctor Who, which stands in front of Earl’s Court station. We offer room types that cater to all guests, with amenities including refreshments, Chromecast TVs and Nespresso machines. With 508 guest rooms, the hotel is well equipped to support multi-day events and corporate stays. Preferential accommodation rates are available for those booking events as well as accommodation4
