The PA Life Summit 2025 returns to London on September 8th. This one day event is PA Life’s flagship ‘Meet the Buyer’ summit for EAs, PAs and other executive support professionals.
The PA Life Summit is specifically designed for senior PAs and EAs who want to find solution providers and discover innovative opportunities to help respond to the daily challenges of their professional lives.

Attendees will learn to tailor communication, tackle common challenges and implement effective preparation and follow-up techniques. With practical tools and real-world examples, this panel will help EAs strengthen their role as proactive, trusted partners to their executives.
3. Mesi Balog, Founder – Treat Your Staff – “Interactive Session – Turn your Worrier to a Warrior – How to manage stress and regulate your nervous system?”
This session covers key topics around Mental Health, Stress, Mindfulness and gives practical tips on how daily mindfulness practices and healthy habits can change our mood, our stress and anxiety levels as well as to regulating our nervous system.
