Wellness in events is today a key component and delegate expectations show an increasing demand forย well thought out wellness content and fresh ideas. Central London venue Regentโs Events has announced the launch of an innovative, new wellness daily delegate rate (DDR) package, designed to reimagine the traditional delegate experience.ย
Created in collaboration with wellness event specialists Be In Your Element and in-house caterers Houston & Hawkes, the new package aims to enhance delegate wellbeing and engagement, through a unique offering of relaxation and challenged-based activities.
Wellness in events expectations are evolving
A recent survey conducted by Regentโs Events found that 58% of attendees prioritise comfort at events, while 42% seek experiences that push them beyond their comfort zones. In response, the new wellness DDR package allows delegates to tailor their day, combining wellness activities with interactive challenges that encourage creativity, teamwork, and personal growth.
Delegates can choose from traditional wellness options, from guided meditation in the venues tranquil Secret Garden, scenic walks around the five acres of lawns or surrounding Regentโs Park, to sound baths and breath work classes. For those looking to push themselves out of their comfort zone, bold challenges include Lego walking or fire walking. There are also activities such as rap yoga on offer – this puts an exciting spin on a classic with a mashup of energising hip-hop beats and peaceful poses.
Regent’s Park wellness in events packages cater for all
The package includes access to Herringham Hall, an indoor space full of period charm, featuring high ceilings, beautiful solid wood flooring and grand arch windows overlooking the grounds. With a capacity of up to 120 guests, it serves as the ideal venue for meetings, conferences, team building days, celebrations and more.
Throughout the day, exciting wellness-focused catering options will be provided by award-winning in-house caterers, Houston & Hawkes. With a brand-new wellness menu designed to coincide with the launch of the new package, guests can expect to enjoy a combination of vibrant salads with a balance of both traditional options, such as carrot, potato salad and pomegranates, as well as exciting new choices such as chickpea paprika chaat, candied yam and pine nut tabbouleh.

Prices for the Wellness DDR Package start at ยฃ152 per person for groups between 20 and 49 persons, with a reduced rate of ยฃ122.50 per person for groups between 50 and 110 person.
The Wellness DDR is available to book from March 2025 and includes full access to Herringham Hall for the day. Activities timings can be adjusted to suit schedules. Additional wellness activities can be booked for ยฃ30 per person for groups of less than 50 guests, or ยฃ25 per person for groups of over 50.
Catering throughout the day includes mid-morning break, lunch, an afternoon break, options for arrival. Alternative catering options are also available upon request.
