“Hi, I’m Fleur, the founder of People & Wine.

I feel very lucky to have gained over 25 years of experience working with my two passions: People and wine.

Originally from Lyon, France and now based in London, I began my career in the hospitality sector while completing my wine studies, working in varied roles from Sommelier to Wine Buyer. I have set up culinary and wine academies, compiled wine lists for hospitality groups and trained professionals internationally.

But above all, I’ve nurtured a deep love for sharing the magic of wine in a way that’s approachable, interactive, and, most importantly, fun.

That’s what led me to create People & Wine: a service designed to bring unique, memorable wine experiences to life. Whether you’re planning a networking event, a team-building day, or a special celebration, I’ll work with you to craft a tasting tailored to your needs.

I am a passionate food and wine lover who loves experimenting with flavours and I collaborate with small-scale winemakers and artisans who are as passionate about sustainability as I am. From organic wines to ethical food pairings, everything we serve is thoughtfully sourced ideally from small artisans and winemakers. Whether it’s a Wine & Cheese pairing, Wine Discovery or Wine & Chocolate, you’ll be supporting local producers and enjoying top-quality products that respect both tradition and the planet.

2. Fun and playfulness

Enjoyment is one of my business’ values, and it is important that I bring fun and excitement into the event. Let’s face it, no one wants a lecture after a long workday, right? My tastings are designed to be engaging and light-hearted. For the experience seekers who are looking to shake things up, I offer experiences like Blindfold Tastings, where heightened senses lead the way, Wine & Music to pair wine with music, or an Apéritif with Fleur to set the tone and kick off your party with flair

3. Wine tastings that are tailored to your needs

Not every guest wants the full deep-dive into wine, and that’s okay. I have learnt through many years in hospitality to prioritise my customer needs rather than offering what I believe they need. So we also offer team building and wine client events. For the game lovers, there’s the Treasure hunt with wine, or the Mystery bottles. If you prefer to add something special to your party, the Tasting table offer a more informal approach, letting your guests drop by whenever they like throughout the evening. I can also put my sommelier hat on and help you find that perfect present with special bottle of wine.
