The London Comedy Lunch proves to be a howling success

The London Comedy Lunch has been a runaway success since year one. Created by Inconnection, it’s an exclusive corporate hospitality event where everyone enjoys an excellent lunch, has an opportunity to network with their peers and to split their sides watching some of the UK’s finest comedy talent – plus, the event raises vital funds for Inconnection’s chosen charity Rainbow Trust.

Held on Friday, 11 December, it’s a great way to reward the people key to the success of your business, get together, have a giggle and give to a good cause. In previous years, comedians have included big names such as Dara O’Briain, Jack Whitehall, Mark Dolan and Jimmy Carr. Last year was a complete sell-out, so Inconnection urges you to book now to avoid disappointment. Tickets include a four-course fine dining experience with wine.

The line up
Inconnection is proud to present no other than Al Murray as the headline act for 2015. As his alter ego the Pub Landlord, Al is one of the most recognisable and successful comics in the UK. His British Comedy Award-Winning ITV1 series Al Murray’s Happy Hour has delighted both viewers and critics alike and his stand-up tours have made him one of the most popular live comedy acts in the country.

This year also welcomes Roger Monkhouse, one of the most original and distinctive acts on the comedy scene.

Along with Al Murray and Roger Monkhouse, after being a fantastic hit last year, Sean Collins will be returning as the event’s host. Sean has 25 years in stand-up comedy and is a winner of ‘Best Male Stand Up’ at the Canadian Comedy Awards.

With such an array of talent, the London Comedy Lunch promises to be an event not to be missed.

The venue
This year’s prestigious venue is the HAC. Home of the Honourable Artillery Company, a charity incorporated by Henry VIII in 1537 to support the Regiment that bears its name, it’s quite unlike any other City venue – a magnificent Georgian house set in a five-acre garden that is hidden away yet just a couple of minutes’ walk from Moorgate.

Prices start from £2,500 for a table of 10 and include a pre-lunch drinks reception and a four-course lunch with unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks. Find out more about tickets at inconnection.uk.com/london-comedy-lunch/. To book your table, please contact Pete Gill on 0161 482 8222, or email pete@inconnection.uk.com.
