Wellness in the Workplace is a series of explorations and breakfast, organised by Social Pantry, the award-winning event caterers.

PA Life is partnering with Social Pantry to offer PA Life Club members an opportunity to take part in these quarterly informative and inspiring morning discussions and workshops around the wellness in the workplace topic.

The first of the 2024 series of Wellness in the Workplace explorations with Social Pantry will take place on Tuesday February 6th, from 8am until 10:30am.

PROGRAMME:

The second of February marks ‘Time to Talk’, a day highlighting the importance of starting conversations around mental health, and encouraging discussion of potentially difficult topics. Talking about mental health isn’t always easy but a conversation has the power to change lives.

We’re extending the conversation, and on the 6th February hosting a morning exploring the importance of conversations around mental health in the workplace, with breakfast and networking (a great time to strike up
conversation), followed by an insightful panel discussion, we delve deeper into this important topic.
