28°-50° Wine Workshop and Kitchen introduce a Taste of Iceland Set Menu

Chef Patron Aggi Sverrisson, has announced a new Taste of Iceland healthy set menu to feature at 28°-50° Wine Workshop and Kitchen, inspired by its Michelin-starred sister restaurant Texture. Available now, the menu celebrates the finest Icelandic ingredients from his homeland.

The set menu will kick off with salmon gravlax, served with a delicate mustard sauce and rye bread to start, followed by a roasted Icelandic cod with brandade, herbs and lemon vinaigrette for main. Icelandic baked Skyr with rhubarb will finish the menu on a sweet note. Priced at £18.50 for two courses or £21.50 for three, the menu will feature a choice of Einsok beer or a Skyr green juice, and will be available between Monday-Saturday 12pm-7pm for up to 12 guests.

The new 28°- 50° set menu is available at both 28°- 50° Maddox Street and Marylebone Lane – and will be available alongside one of the most unique wine lists in London, featuring a range of over 30 traditional and eclectic red and white wines available by the glass, carafe or bottle.
