Eventist Group hosted a showcase at Tobacco Dock to launchย its 2018 Christmas party package โUnder the Christmas Treeโ. Agents and guests experienced a night of unexpected proportions during the immersive event which was full of giant decorations, festive displays, live performances, cocktails (or mocktails) and gourmet treats.
The night began with a journey beneath the Christmas tree, located within a giant gift box, designed and made especially for Eventist Group. On entering the box, the inspiration for this yearโs party theme was explained. Inspired by the beloved tale of Alice in Wonderland, upon drinking the special cocktail, a delicious strawberry daquiri, party-goers are magically shrunk and find themselves โUnder the Christmas Treeโ. Looking up, guests find that they are indeed standing underneath a seemingly giant fir tree and surrounded by enormous gift boxes.
Every element of Eventist Group and Tobaccos Dockโs capabilities were showcased in an immersive experience that was full of surprises; a โjack-in-a-boxโ violinist provided the entertainment, canapes hidden inside a giant gift box gave guests a taste of the catering and a talented mixologist, concealed in the wall, shook up delicious cocktails.
Following a tour of the impressive event spaces at Tobacco Dock, attendees were then welcomed to the venueโs Dock Street bar for further drinks and a taste of delicious bowl food cooked by in-house caterers Tobacco Dock Food.
