IAM launches campaign to raise awareness for admin professionals

As more companies seek professional staff who sit specifically in their culture and operations, the traditional role of an administrative employee has vastly changed.

For example, members of the industry have witnessed the number of job titles grow, while the responsibilities for like-for-like job roles differ and are often very diverse.

In recognition of this, the Institute of Administrative Managements (IAM) has outlined its latest campaign; What people are saying about administrators’, which is set to launch on July 9.

The campaign seeks to open up the conversation about what people perceive the administrative professional as and the value they bring to an organisation.

Throughout the week (9 to 15 July) there will be first-hand commentary from the IAM, its members and industry leaders.

Plus, the IAM wishes to invite people to join in with the conversation on social media, to rally support for #AdminAwareness among professionals in the workplace.
