Orient-Express launches website dedicated to business bookings

Luxury travel operator Orient-Express has launched a new portal that can be used by PAs booking events to find information on each of the companyโ€™s 45 hotel, train, cruise and restaurant ventures. The website, orient-express.com/events, has specifically been designed for corporate clients seeking inspiration in order to create bespoke events and incentive experiences with a difference.
Regularly updated with the most current content to ensure stress-free planning, the new site is broken down into various sections that make it easy to browse. These include the Orient-Express collection of deluxe properties across Europe, Asia, North and South America, the Caribbean and Southern Africa, and Corporate Events, which showcases the variety of venues available, with spaces capable of hosting up to 1,000 delegates.

Then there is Incentive Travel, which offers ideas on a whole host of activities for team events, such as rafting down the river Arno in Florence and paintballing in St Petersburg. Also of interest to the corporate market is the Exclusive Hire section, which details how groups can opt for private takeovers to accommodate from as few as six to as many as 300 guests, with options including the Royal Scotsman train that can be chartered for a tour of the Highlands, or the magnificent Reidโ€™s Palace in Madeira.

โ€ข In other news from Orient-Express, the British Pullman will travel to Goodwood on 14 September for a glamorous vintage day out. The visit to this classic car extravaganza includes brunch with a Bellini cocktail on the way there, coach transfer to the Goodwood Revival event, admission and a grandstand seat, plus a three-course dinner with champagne on the return trip. Prices start from ยฃ495 per person.
