PA Life launches a series of educational seminars

Continuing professional development continues to be a tremendously important topic for managerial assistants, with the PA Life debate at this yearโ€™s Office show showing that training is considered a worthwhile and essential investment by staff and employers alike (look out for the full story appearing in the November/December issue).

With this in mind, PA Lifeโ€™s decision to launch a series of CPD-certified training seminars for its readers seems particularly timely. The four, half-day sessions will be held at the Emirates Stadium in London on 1 May 2014 and cover such vital topics as career development, time and project management, improving communication skills and how to run successful events.

The seminars are presented by an elite panel of speakers who are internationally renowned in their own field:

Sue France, well-respected trainer and author of The Definitive Personal Assistant & Secretarial Handbook

Angela Garry, a highly experienced coach in the area of career development and the most-connected PA trainer on social networking site LinkedIn

Cory Cook, a professional time management expert

Michael Foreman, the Chairman of the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers, who has more than 20 yearsโ€™ experience of event planning

The cost for each three-hour session is ยฃ90+VAT, including refreshments and comprehensive course materials. All the courses are repeated, meaning that readers who attend both morning and afternoon sessions can take in two topics for just ยฃ175, inclusive of lunch.

As places are limited to 50 attendees per session, call Jenny Gray now on 01992 374078 to register your interest, or follow this link to find out more: tinyurl.com/kbdluod
