Need for EAs drives salary increases

As businesses around the world are recovering from the financial crisis, roles that were eliminated to save money are now becoming the focus of an increase in recruitment. The pay increase was reported in specialist recruitment company Robert Waltersโ€™ 2014 Global Salary Survey. James Dalrymple, Director of the firmโ€™s Auckland office, points out that better efficiency and productivity will come to the fore this year and that businesses must ensure employees are motivated and have the right skills to achieve this.
