Over the summer, Your Excellency Limited, conducted a survey asking what support do PAs and EAs need in their personal and professional development.

The survey gives a brilliant insight into what you as an assistant need most in your day to day role. Lindsay Taylor, co-founder and director at Your Excellency Limited thanks all of you who took part in the survey. Your input is invaluable and helps Lindsay and her team to support your career and learning journey.

They have truly listened to your feedback and here’s what the team has done about it since the survey.

Key results on what support do PAs and EAs need in their personal and professional development

1. You asked for more ‘taster’ and information sessions’ to help you understand more about the programmes Your Excellency Limited offers. 

What has been done: We have scheduled new Open Lunch events for our Mini MBA Programme and Essential PA Programme to help you learn more about these Programmes and ask questions directly to our trainers.

2. You asked for more face-to-face training and networking opportunities. 

What has been done: We are holding an in-person training session, “Business Strategy for the PA’, on 6th November 2024 in London (UK), followed by an evening networking session. This is an opportunity to improve your strategic knowledge and network with your peers.

3. You asked for more learning on business strategy and finance. 

What has been done: We’ve scheduled dates for a one-day workshop, “Making Sense of Business Finance,”  to be delivered in our Virtual Academy. This is in addition to our live in-person event on Business Strategy for the PA (details above).

4. You asked for more training on artificial intelligence (AI) and how it can be used in your role.

What has been done: We’ve welcomed on board a new Business Friend, Fiona Young of Carve who is an expert on all things AI.
