During the glorious London heatwave, a select group of PAs and EAs from PA Life Club were warmly welcomed to a truly charming dining spot: Prezzo Italian London Kensington. With temperatures soaring and spirits high, the evening couldn’t have been more pleasant. Coinciding perfectly with the Prezzoโs 25th anniversary, this FAM trip offered an exclusive first look at Prezzoโs refreshed brand identity. The recent evolution has been rolled out across all 96 sites and is set to complete by the end of the month. The Kensington site is a jewel in the crown: the exterior cloaked in an irresistible Mediterranean blue, hinting at something classic, bold, and joyfully unexpected within.
Inside, the redesigned interiors are a combination of vintage Italian meets modern London: think warm terracotta tones, bright tiling, bold graphics, and artful touches that bridge heritage and trend. It’s a space that invites conversation, celebration, and more than a few Instagram stories. From intimate dinners to full-scale private events, Prezzo is perfectly primed for corporate hospitality and team socials.
Great hospitality and food at our event – Prezzo Italian London Kensington style
We were graciously hosted by the delightful Naddy Onions, Marketing Director at Prezzo Italian, whose warmth and passion were as palpable as the aromas drifting from the kitchen. Naddy shared the journey of the brandโs reimagination from its menu to its mission, highlighting how Prezzo is placing a renewed emphasis on experience-led dining. Their set menus with drinks packages are tailored for private and corporate events, and we were teased with hints of an exciting business Christmas package soon to be unveiled.
The eveningโs gastronomic adventure began with a delicate burrata, creamy and cloud-like, setting the tone for what was to come. The standout starter, however, had to be the Hot Honey Glazed Giant Mozzarella Sticks, golden, indulgent, and with a gentle, spicy kick that lingered delightfully on the palate. It was, without a doubt, my personal favourite of the night.
As courses flowed, we were treated to a classic Margherita pizza, light yet comforting in the way only Italian food can be. Following the pizza was one of the star dishes of the evening: the show-stopping โMarry Meโ Chicken Rigatoni. Rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned, it was the kind of dish that lives rent-free in your memory long after the last bite. For those seeking something heartier, the 28-day aged chargrilled ribeye steak is a great choice, and delivered with smoky perfection.
No Italian meal is complete without something sweet, and Prezzo didnโt disappoint. Our final indulgence was a charming platter of mini doughnuts with a warm chocolate dip, playful and decadent all at once.
To complement the feast, we enjoyed a curated selection of drinks.ย The crisp, cooling Aperol Spritz felt tailor-made for the sweltering evening. The chilled white wine selection that sparkled in the glass fitted equally well.ย The variety of refreshments kept on coming and the conversations flowing. Each drink was served with flair, the staff attentive and professional throughout.
One of the highlights of the evening was a surprise visit from the chef, who stepped out of the kitchen to share the inspiration behind the dishes, explaining the careful thought put into the new menu. His pride was evident, and his storytelling added an intimate touch to an already exceptional experience.

Throughout the night, the PAs and EAs in attendance were clearly impressed not just by the food and drink, but by the gorgeous redesign and elevated service. Many commented on how ideal Prezzo is for hosting clients and team gatherings.
There was a genuine sense of celebration in the air not just of Prezzoโs 25-year journey, but of connection, culture, and summerโs radiant charm. Being there during the heatwave only added to the magic, transforming the restaurant into a sun-soaked sanctuary of Italian hospitality in the heart of London.
With impeccable food, a vibrant atmosphere, and truly thoughtful hosting, Prezzo just off Kensington High Street is more than just a restaurant, itโs a place to gather for a perfect Italian evening. And for those of us in attendance, it was a memorable night that reminded us how powerful a well-curated their dining experience can be.
