Working with Frank Wainright’s Field Marketing and Brand Experience Symposium is a prime example of our web-based support in action, where 130 VIP brand sales and marketing individuals from across the UK attended a full day of networking, lively panels, inspirational storytelling and debating emerging industry trends. We supported pre-event delegate co-ordination by, over the course of two weeks, carefully developing a delegate registration platform which mirrored the existing website whilst seamlessly taking attendees off to an external platform. On registering, delegates were presented with a series of questions regarding their social platform behaviours and online brand affiliations allowing us to offer an enhanced event experience and send out personally tailored follow-up communications, whilst offering FMBE back-end access to all the data for post-event analysis.
Konica Minolta requested a bespoke trip sub-site and online portal from our team ahead of their annual Dealer Invitation Trip, last year travelling to Peru for the first time following a new flight route launched by British Airways. We created a new registration site which collated passenger details into a back-end database, from which branded personalised itinerary details, travel documentation and useful regional information could be sent out before travel commenced. On returning from the invitation trip, the portal was utilised to send out follow-up communications including the sharing of the group’s travel snaps to each individual.
