Green & Fortune welcomed guests on the 14th of July to the launch at their new Rose Court Events venue that offers stunning panoramic views across the South Bank area in London.

Our Editor was very impressed with the views, as well as the catering, not to mention the creative cocktails!ย  All meetings rooms, as well as the 700 capacity event spaces, enjoy wonderful views of London skyline, beaconed by the nearby Shard. The views got even better when the party moved onto the roof garden. It’s a perfect spot for a stylist party in which to admire London lights at night.

What was the launch party like…

More than 200 senior event organisers joined John Nugent, chief executive of Green & Fortune and his team, to view the South Bank opening. Rose Court is close to Southwark Bridge and commands three floors of event space, including the 360-degree panorama from one of the capitalโ€™s largest Roof Gardens. Rose Court Events is positioned as a โ€˜Brand New Outlook for Eventsโ€™: a space for upscale launches, awards, and an impressive destination for milestone events.

The 25,000 sq. ft venue has a capacity for 700 guests and comprises nine event spaces each with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a terrace.

Green & Fortuneโ€™s polished service was in force at the launch event with menus drawing on premium provenance and embracing world-wide food trends. Recognised as one of the top independent caterers on the London scene, exciting bites and food stations showcased the upscale catering on offer at the venue. From salt cod and artichoke croquette and Dorset crab croustade to a Sushi and Poke Stall prepared by the in-house sushi chef and a dessert trolley showcasing home-made cakes and sweet treats made by the in-house bakery team. Green & Fortune raised the bar even further with an incredible drinks list, including frozen cocktails, seasonal mocktails and a Gin station on the Roof Garden.

Guests were kept entertained with music from two acoustic duos and a little magic from a roaming magician, whilst on the roof a 360 photobooth was set up to capture the showstopping views of the city.

John Nugent, chief executive of Green & Fortune, comments:

โ€œWe welcomed many of our longstanding friends and clients, as well as a host of new faces to see Rose Court Events in action. The weather enabled us to launch one of the best roof terraces in town with views across the Thames. It was great to showcase our food and drink with summer cocktails, canapes, bowl food and food stations designed for the event to give people a real sense of what we will be bringing to Rose Court Events. The feedback from the event has been fantastic and we canโ€™t wait to host client events from September.โ€
