Let me guide you on the right way in this a guided breathwork practice to support the nervous system and tap into your own internal healing response, reducing symptoms of anxiety, stress ‘fight or flight’, brain fog, fatigue ‘tired but wired’ (to name but a few) before you head off for your day.
