Agiito appoints new CFO

One of the UK’s leading travel, meeting and event specialists, Agiito, have appointed a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Geoff Broad.

Geoff joined Agiito’s Executive Team on 11 April and brings over 25 years’ experience to the company as a highly commercial Chartered Accountant specialising in corporate finance transactions. He will head-up Agiito’s finance team and work alongside the wider leadership team.

“We are pleased that Geoff Broad has joined our Executive Team as our new CFO. With his extensive corporate finance experience, we are excited to have Geoff on board to assist with our planned transition to new ownership and beyond,” said James Parkhouse, Chief Executive Officer at Agiito.

Geoff replaces Iqbal Sandhu, who will leave Agiito in May 2022 for another position outside of the business travel and events industry.
