Bateaux London unveils Christmas packages

This December, Bateaux London is launching impressive party packages onboard its two London boats: River Room and Glass Room.

From shared parties to bespoke private charters, cruise down the Thames for a unique celebration that combines views of the capital’s most iconic buildings with fantastic food, drink and entertainment.

RIVER ROOM

For shared parties of over 10 or exclusive private charter, Bateaux London’s River Room, with London’s largest floating open-air deck, affords the best backdrop imaginable with an unrivalled aspect of the city – take in all sights from the Houses of Parliament to The Shard and Canary Wharf.

The kitchen team prepare all the food on board with a focus on fresh and local British produce – dishes include caramelised leek, chestnut and thyme tartlet with winter leaves; followed by a choice of ballotine of Norfolk Turkey with all the trimmings or butternut, almond and pecan nut roast with sautéed wild mushroom for main course. Finish with a dessert of a spiced cheesecake topped with mulled winter fruits.

A three-course Christmas lunch plus half a bottle of wine per person, prosecco on arrival, crackers at the table and live music comes in at £69 per person whilst a dinner cruise under the stars is a four-course affair at £99 per person with an added amuse bouche and luxe dishes such as lobster tortellini and aged fillet of beef.

For a totally private and individual event, make River Room your own and steer the boat for an event your way. The experienced on-board events team can create a bespoke Christmas party tailoring themes, entertainment, menus and lighting for an unforgettable party. For seated lunches and dinners for up to 180 and parties for up to 220, Christmas on-board River Room is truly magical.

GLASS ROOM

The stunning Tom Dixon Design Glass Room provides and elegant and contemporary backdrop for Christmas parties. With bespoke oak cladding, luxurious finishes and an all glass structure, the unparalleled views of the river are the perfect backdrop for events of all sizes this season. A flexible space, Glass Room can accommodate 160 seated guests in the main dining area and up to 300 guests at a standing reception.
