The Kia Oval London and WPP’s Metro Production Group (MPG) have announced a strategic partnership for the delivery of event production services at the iconic cricket venue.
The Kia Oval has now signed a three-year partnership agreement with MPG which has more than 40 years’ experience of supplying event production and broadcast services. MPG supply creative event services to a wide variety of corporate and public sector clients underpinned by a substantial inventory of audio-visual equipment.
As well as hosting domestic and international cricket, the Kia Oval offers conference and event space for up to 1,000 delegates. Last year the venue opened the stunning new Galadari Stand which offers two large event spaces and a roof terrace with panoramic views of London.
The 175 Suite is the largest space in the new stand and can hold up to 750 people theatre style with floor to ceiling glass along the pitch facing walls. The new Duchy Suite can host up to 600 attendees. Both new spaces offer double height ceilings, access onto private terraces as well as direct access into the ground’s historic Victorian Pavilion for breakout spaces.
