Solstice Saturday Package at Stonehenge Polo Festival
The Saturday package is our ‘Solstice Hospitality Package’ and is for larger groups of 60-600 guests looking for a great summer party with fabulous food and polo. Saturday is the semi finals day which provides a great spectacle of polo professionals battling it out to take a spot in the final. Guests will be greeted with bubbles on arrival as they make their way into their luxurious stretch tent up on the bank next to the polo ground. With a fantastic view guests can enjoy watching the polo matches in addition to sitting down to a delicious, mouth watering, ‘Argentine Asado’ inspired meal. Food will be paired with delicious wines and beers from our complimentary bar. If guests are still hungry after their meal then they can help themselves to our inclusive ice cream bike which comes equipped with all the toppings and sauces!
To help wash down the sugar high we will have the British Polo Gin bar open for an inclusive bar until 16:00hrs. Guests can grab a gin or rum cocktail (or two!) whilst they settle in to watch the action packed games take place. Since we are an events company that play polo ourselves, we will even have a professional polo player meet your guests for a Q&A session to explain the rules of the game. Now that really is added value! Between games we will serve afternoon tea and cake; what a truly quintessential British afternoon at the polo! Room in your budget to party with the stars? There is the option to extend your event into the evening to give it that true festival feel.
Picnic Polo Package
Sunday’s package, the ‘Picnic Package’, is a fabulous day out for smaller corporate groups or for those who are looking for a family friendly corporate event. Sunday is the finals day for the polo. Alongside other spectators and vendors, your guests will get the chance to soak up the atmosphere of finals day. For this package we offer a luxury hamper picnic inside smaller 3m x 3m gazebo slots that fit 10 guests comfortably in each space with tables, chairs, linen and flowers. This delicious picnic luncheon will come with complimentary wines, including an afternoon tea later in the day. Your guests will all have access to the British Polo Gin garden to purchase cocktails over the afternoon should they wish. There is also a Q&A opportunity between games with our very own polo professional to provide you with added value.
