Business Travel Show Europe 2026: The two days every EA and PA needs in their diary

If you’re responsible for booking travel and organising itineraries and budgets, you need to be at Business Travel Show Europe

Taking place 24–25 June at Excel London, it’s the ultimate shortcut to smoother bookings, smarter spending and stress-free travel management.

Let’s be honest, business travel isn’t getting simpler or easier. Plans change. Costs rise. Emergencies happen. Traveller expectations are higher than ever. And you’re the one tasked with making it all work.

Business Travel Show Europe is where you get – and stay – ahead of the whole process.

Why you can’t afford to miss the Business Travel Show Europe

1.Learn what’s next (before everyone else does)

From AI-powered booking tools to smarter travel policies, the conference programme is packed with practical sessions you can put to work immediately:

  • AI Show and Tell: How travel managers are using artificial intelligence today. See exactly how travel managers are using AI right now to save hours and improve traveller experience
  • Re-thinking managed travel: Who (or what) will run your company’s travel programme? What should you control, outsource, or automate in 2026?
  • BTN Academy: Selecting a travel payment provider. Discover easier ways to manage budgets without the admin headache
  • Inside the TMC-buyer relationship: Trust, transparency and control. Partnerships that actually work for you
  • BTN Academy: Establishing a travel and expense policy. Protect both your traveller and your company spend

 2. Meet the suppliers you didn’t know you needed

For 2026 the show will welcome 30+ new suppliers to the show floor. Air Canada, Barcelo Hotel Group, First Travel Solutions, Limohawk and H10 Hotels (Waterloo) Limited to name just a few will be joining over 150 airlines, hotels, ground transport providers, travel management companies and technology providers all attending. This is your chance to find better options, negotiate smarter, and upgrade your entire travel programme in one place.

 3. Make connections that make your job easier

From coffee meet-ups to on-stand drinks, competitions and hosted networking events, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet with other EAs and PAs facing the same challenges and you and leave with a tonne of ideas (and contacts) that genuinely help.

Industry first: Onsite Crèche

New for the industry and for 2026 and delivered in partnership with the event childcare specialist Nipperbout, this year’s show will also offer a dedicated crèche available for attendees. Children of all ages from babies and toddlers through to teenagers can be accommodated and it also includes a dedicated breastfeeding and nappy changing area.

Ofsted-accredited, it will be staffed by qualified Nipperbout childcare professionals and located in the North Gallery Rooms 10 & 11. Available to pre-book using the code TMS240626 and book on-site during the show – subject to availability. Please note it will close daily for lunch between 1:15pm and 2:00pm.

So, if you book, manage or troubleshoot business travel – even part of the time – this is the most valuable one or two days you can spend on yourself all year. Registration is free for EAs and PAs who book travel.
