8:30 – Kickstart Your Day

Start your day by getting into the summer spirit, soaking up the tropical vibes of this year’s Palm Royale theme.

9:00 – Explore the Exhibitor Stands

Chat with the teams from top venues and suppliers to discover innovative ideas for summer parties, team-building events, and other corporate gatherings.

10:00 – Attend “Beyond The Cloak” by Andrew Jenkins

At 10:00 am, make your way to the Seminar Room for Andrew Jenkins’ inspiring talk, “Beyond The Cloak.” A finalist on BBC’s The Traitors and Founder of Strength in You Ltd, Andrew will share his story of resilience after a car accident cut short his rugby career. His journey from overcoming mental health struggles to advocating for self-belief and authenticity will leave you empowered to tackle challenges and embrace your inner strength.

11:30 – Networking

Grab a coffee and take this time to connect with other attendees. Share ideas and exchange contacts with your peers.

12:00 – Relax with a Summer Sound Bath

Take a moment to rejuvenate in the Wellness Lounge with the Summer Sound Bath hosted by Be In Your Element. Immerse yourself in the soothing tones of singing bowls and gongs, designed to refresh your mind, body and soul.

12:30 – Lunchtime, not to be missed at the London Summer Event Show

Take a well-deserved break and enjoy the complimentary lunch provided by leading caterer Moving Venue.

13:30 – Join the “Stay Ahead of the Game: Event Trends for 2025” Seminar

Kick off your afternoon with the “Event Trends for 2025” seminar. This session will provide insights into the latest trends, tips and tricks, helping you stay ahead of the curve. From sustainable practices to innovative technology, you’ll leave with fresh ideas to elevate your summer planning.

14:30 – Get Creative with Tropical Terrarium Making

Head to the Workshop Room for Leafage’s Tropical Terrarium Making session. Create your own miniature garden in a bottle, a hands-on activity that’s both relaxing and rewarding.

15:30 – Time for Afternoon Tea

It’s time to indulge in afternoon tea, courtesy of Moving Venue. Use this opportunity to review the exhibitor stands and highlight any you’d like to revisit before the day ends.
