Keeping on top of all the latest hotel and venue developments and event suppliers can feel like a full-time job in itself for EAs and PAs who book events as part of their role. That’s why The Meetings Show 2023 is encouraging you to #TakeTheTime to attend this year’s show, which returns to ExCeL London 28-29 June.

Save time and work smarter

The Meetings Show is designed to help event professionals to work smarter, not harder, enabling them to streamline the event planning process by meeting more than 600 global event providers all under one roof, in just two days.

International exhibitors new to this year’s show include Spain, Vienna, Amsterdam, St Lucia, San Francisco, Miami and the Philippines. As always, the show will be well-represented by UK destinations and venues, including newcomers Visit York and NEC Group, along with Meet Devon, Marketing Manchester, Conference Leeds, Butlin’s, Lime Venue Portfolio and many more.

Hand Picked Hotels, Marriott International, Shangri-La Hotels, Hilton and Hard Rock Hotels are among the international hotel groups exhibiting, alongside many independent properties.

Reimagined education

Learning and development will again be at the heart of the show, with an inspiring content programme planned to help visitors stay ahead of the latest trends and develop personal skills.

For 2023, The Meetings Show has announced new creative partnerships to shake up its education programme, ensuring that attendees leave with knowledge they didn’t know they needed, are armed with ideas to do and be better, and empowered to think, connect, plan and live differently.

CEO of conferenceemcees.com Samme Allen and renowned consultant, author and previous keynote speaker at The Meetings Show, Claus Raasted – both experience design experts working with organisations including Google, Marriott, and Accenture – have worked with The Meetings Show team to re-energise content and enhance the audience experience.

Hosted buyer benefits

Events professionals looking to maximise their time can apply to attend as part of the hosted buyer programme.

Benefits include fast-track access to the most relevant suppliers, education and networking opportunities through a dedicated appointments diary to book pre-scheduled meetings and support with travel, accommodation, and a host of other benefits. These include being invited to attend a bespoke educational experience, providing targeted content on Tuesday 27 June, before being welcomed with an exclusive evening reception at an exciting new London location.

There are also opportunities to take part in post-show fam trips to destinations around the UK and Europe, including Destination Coventry, Bristol & Bath, France and Malta.

The Meetings Show is also co-located with Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show, giving visitors even more to explore and discover when in London.
