The joint celebrations of the festive season and the PA Life Star Awards 2026 take place on Friday 10 December, from 6pm to 9pm.
Tickets for the 250 assistant places are in high demand, but there is one way you are guaranteed to make the guest list. And, what’s more – the party is free for executive support professionals to attend.
How to secure a guest place at PA Life Christmas Party & Star Awards 2026?
By entering, or having your exec, boss, colleague or a fellow assistant friend to nominate you for an award is a sure way to be win a place on the guest list. There are nine categories to choose from and the entries close at midnight on 18 September.

The PA Life Christmas Party & Star Awards has long been the annual highlight in the UK assistant community’s calendars. This year, as we celebrate our 15th anniversary year, we have even more to celebrate. Make sure not to miss it – all nominees get a guaranteed place!
The guest list will fill up quickly so register today. You will be notified via email 3-4 weeks ahead of the event if you have a place. Please rsvp in return by completing the acceptance and dietaries form to let us know if you are able to attend.
An important notice regarding accepting of your place
We operate a waiting list, and it’s important that you let us know if your plans chance and you can no longer attend. Failure to do so minimum 72 hours in advance of the event date may result you being excluded from future PA Life events.

PA Life’s festive party is promising once again to be the party every EA, PA, VA, Office Manager and Chief of Staff want to be at. This year we are celebrating our 15th anniversary and plan to make the festivities extra special. The party is free for the assistant community to attend.
Please register register here, even if you are a PA Life Star Award 2026 nominee – you will receive a confirmation email from us three weeks before should you have a place on the guest list.
What to expect?
We will be partying with up to 250 EA, PA, VA and Office Manage guests, plus our partners. PA Life Club members are given priority, and all PA Life Star Awards 2026 nominees will get a guaranteed place. Nominees will still need to register for their place .
